Refund policy

We will accept an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Of note: Small Bloom vessels are handmade - small imperfections and slight color variations may occur. We will not accept returns and exchanges for these reasons.
